The documents, pages and services listed in your proposal, for example a written quote template, a surgery record template, operator pages and a cost page. I deliver within seven days of receiving the deposit and the information I ask for.
You supply names, registration numbers, prices and terms. You are responsible for their accuracy and will sign a declaration to confirm it. You will tell me within seven days of any change.
I check public registers only, such as the GMC and the CQC, and I say when I did. I do not verify clinical facts or results, give medical or legal advice, endorse any treatment, or promise enquiries or bookings.
Nothing about your clinic is published without your approval. I may correct or remove a page that I believe is inaccurate.
Aviron Digital also operates Invigare. No clinic can pay to change a recommendation, a ranking or a number that Invigare publishes.
To the extent the law allows, my total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid me in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
