Win the patient who is comparing clinics.
A patient choosing a hair transplant clinic often holds a verbal figure from one clinic and a written quote from another. I give your clinic a signed quote, a surgery record and a cost page that captures enquiries, so the patient who is comparing has something clear to trust.
I build the draft from your public website and send it only to you. To see the patient side, try Invigare’s free Quote Check.

When a patient says “you told me 4,000 grafts”
Your consultation explains the plan. Memories of it differ. Here is the same disagreement, with and without a record. The figures are an illustration.
Without a record
“You said 4,000.” “We planned 3,200.”
- One person’s word against another’s.
- A review, a refund request or a card dispute, with no shared page to point to.
- Staff time spent reconstructing a conversation.
With a signed quote and a surgery record
Planned 3,200. Extracted 3,150. Implanted 3,100.
- Price £4,800, as quoted, approved in writing.
- Who did each step, and the date the patient was told.
- Both sides open the same page, and the conversation is about facts.
One extra patient covers the cost
UK clinics publish starting prices for a hair transplant from about £2,500 to £5,500. Put in your own figures.
I do not promise extra patients or leads. This shows what one more patient is worth to you, using your own numbers.
At your figures
£4,000 a month
£48,000 a year in transplant revenue from one extra patient a month.
What your clinic gets
Set up for your clinic in seven days. You control what goes in each document.
A written quote
Names who does each step, states the planned graft count, locks the price unless the patient approves a change in writing, and sets out deposit and cancellation terms.
A surgery record
Given to the patient afterwards: who did each step, grafts planned, extracted and implanted, donor-area photos, and the quoted price against the charged price.
A cost page that captures enquiries
An estimate range with what is and is not included, and an enquiry form that tells you what the patient needs.
A first-reply kit
Templates and a one-hour rule, so no enquiry waits a day while the patient talks to another clinic.
A sheet for the patient with a cheaper quote
One page that helps you compare like with like, including what a lower figure may leave out.
Operator pages
One for each surgeon, with registration numbers checked against the public register and dated. Anything you supply is labelled as clinic-stated.
What patients can check on clinic websites today
I read the homepages of 19 UK hair transplant clinics in October 2026. Four showed a starting price. Three said anything specific about who performs the surgery. None said who does the extraction and who does the implantation for a given patient.
Homepage text only, no clinic named. “Not found” on a page is not proof a clinic does not offer it. Patients on forums and review sites say these are the things they could not check before they paid.

Quote Check for your website
A hair transplant quote checker on your own site. A patient holding another clinic’s quote checks it and leaves their details with consent. You see what was quoted: price per graft, inclusions, operator and deposit.
Results and review engine
Reminders at 3, 6 and 12 months, photo consent, review requests and patient confirmation, built from each surgery record.
Monthly price report
How your prices compare with the market and with nearby clinics, each month, from public prices.
Consultation kit
A consultation script, a comparison sheet for cheaper overseas quotes, and answers to the objections patients raise most.
Who runs it
I’m Louis Butler. I had a hair transplant, and I run Invigare, an independent guide where patients check a clinic’s quote for red flags. I know what patients ask before they choose, because I was one.
Aviron Digital operates Invigare and works with clinics. Invigare’s free Quote Check flags a quote when the operator is not named, the final price is not fixed in writing, or there is no record of grafts, and gives the patient the question to send. A clinic with the answer ready looks confident.
What this is not
- I do not verify clinical facts or results.
- I do not give medical or legal advice.
- I check public registers only, and say when.
- A clinic cannot pay to change what Invigare publishes.
Questions clinics ask
We already go through graft numbers and prices in the consultation.
That is where the numbers get said. The record is what both sides can look at afterwards. It replaces nothing in your consultation.
Does a written graft count and price lock create liability?
The documents state what you already plan and do: a planned count with a range, and a price that changes only with the patient’s written approval. You sign a declaration that the details are accurate, and you control what goes in. I am not a lawyer. If your solicitor or insurer wants different wording, we change it.
Could we do this ourselves?
Yes, the documents are simple. What clinics usually lack is the time, wording built from what patients actually ask, and registration numbers checked against the public register and dated. I do it in seven days.
Do you promise more enquiries or patients?
No. I do not promise a number of leads. I make the enquiries and searches you already get easier to say yes to.
What does it cost?
A fixed price agreed before any work, with 50% to start. The first three clinics get a lower founding price in return for a short testimonial. I send the price with your private draft.
What do you do with the information we give you?
Names, registration numbers and prices you supply are used only to build your documents. Nothing is published without your approval. See the privacy notice and the terms.
Work with clinics for a living?
If you run marketing or practice software for hair clinics, you can offer the signed quote, surgery record and cost page to your clients, under your name or mine. I set it up; you keep the relationship.
See it for your clinic before you decide anything.
I will build a private draft from your public website and send it only to you. If it is not useful, you have lost nothing.
