Aviron Digital is a trading name of Louis Butler, sole trader, 3 Meadows Close, Long Bennington, NG23 5EQ. I decide how your details are used. Email hello@avirondigital.co.uk.
To reply to you, to send you one private draft and up to two follow-up emails, and to carry out work you ask for. For first contact my basis is legitimate interests: business-to-business contact about a service relevant to your clinic. You can object at any time and I will stop.
Only me. I do not sell or share your details. I use Google Workspace for email and Hostinger and Namecheap for this website and its domain, which handle data on my behalf.
If you do not reply after the follow-ups, I keep only your email address and a note not to contact you again. If we work together, I keep project records for six years for accounting and disputes, then delete them.
This site has no cookies, analytics, forms or third-party scripts. Hostinger may keep standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to my use of them, by emailing me. If you are unhappy with my response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
